Production Support and Issue Resolution
Our 24/7 production support, maintenance and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) wing takes care of all production-related issues . We also offer Self-Learning Production Support Framework (SPSF), which assists in diagnosing pain points and fixing issues. We do this by building a database of redundant problem scenarios and identifying the best alternative solutions.

Administrative Support
We provide system monitoring activities that include availability, utilization of resources and performance. We also offer related administrative activities such as scheduling jobs, resource allocation and database administration and support.
