User and Task Analysis
Through User & Task analysis, IBS gets a clear idea from the stakeholders about the business goals, the critical success factors, an overview of the user groups, user's tasks, thinking patterns and related user demographics. Low Fidelity Prototype Design

Usability testing is generally done in a controlled systematic manner with a facilitator who guides the process and often with an observer who records notes and measurements. During the test, users may view the software, try to complete tasks, and rate the software on various parameters.
