Managing schedule changes and disruptions proactively protects airline revenues and retains consumer confidence and loyalty. aiSEAT the airline re-accommodation framework from IBS enables airline staff to easily identify the impact of schedule changes by highlighting the changes between two schedule sets.

aiSEAT is built based on the experience that IBS has gained through working with leading world-class carriers and has the flexibility to move passengers from the affected flight to alternate flights without user intervention. It supports automated comparison of flight schedule sets and identifies schedule disruptions based on the incoming Standard Schedule Messages (SSM) and Adhoc Schedule Messages (ASM).

aiSEAT can also be customized to send schedule change related commands to legacy systems that lack the capability to automatically compare and update seasonal flight schedules.
