The iFly Res R&D team coordinates the iFly Res product roadmap, manages customer forums, maintains iFly Res product knowledge base and establishes iFly Res product release plans. As experts in passenger service system function and technology, this team also provides active support for resolution of iFly Res product issues.

Fuji Dream Airlines deploys IBS’ Reservation System
Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA), a start-up Japanese domestic airline promoted by the Suzuyo Group, has chosen IBS’ iFly Res, to manage its inventory and reservation system. The system went live on 1 June 2009. Through a five year contract, IBS’ solution will support FDA to manage passenger reservations, inventory control, fares and departure control functions. iFly Res is a constituent product that forms part of the iFly solution suite for airline passenger services.
