Introducing iCargo, a new generation solution to manage your cargo movement.

iCargo addresses core airline cargo operations, cargo terminal operations, ULD management, cargo revenue accounting, customer loyalty, cargo revenue management as well as the current industry initiatives of Cargo 2000 and e-Freight. The solution suite addresses all automation needs of any kind of cargo carrying airline – schedule combination carrier, freighter operations, charter operations – of any size. iCargo also addresses the cargo ground handling and cargo terminal operations needs of a ground handler at airports and of airlines for themselves as well as the cargo handling they do for other airlines.

The iCargo solution was developed in collaboration with five major cargo carriers, South African Airways Cargo, Gulf Air, Air New Zealand Cargo, Qantas Freight and Australian Air Express that formed a Core Group of Influence (CGI) along with IBS. The CGI laid down the product development road-map to include full functionality anticipating any airline’s need. The presence of cargo airlines in the CGI ensured the inclusion of industry-best practices in the product.
