Departure Control Systems
At IBS, we have gained much expertise developing and re-engineering Departure Control Systems. This in turn has enabled us to offer solutions that address handling inputs from the reservation system, seat assignment, check-in and printing of boarding passes. What’s more, these solutions are very user friendly as they support boarding pass printers and PAX readers. Besides, we have also developed solutions for boarding control at airport departure gates.

Ground Handling
IBS has developed solutions in the area of ground handling of baggage trolleys at airport hubs. These include interfaces to trolley weighing systems, and provisions to support the handling of Last Minute Connection (LMC) baggage. These solutions also maintain statistical data regarding the weight of the baggage movement to the aircraft that helps in the generation of management reports.

Resource Management and staff rostering systems are very important tools in managing any modern airport. IBS has successfully developed resource management and rostering systems that predict the total workload in a dynamic work environment.
