Candle (care and love)
Being an IBSian also translates into being a socially responsible corporate citizen. Established in 1997, CANDLE is funded and managed entirely by IBS staff. It is our initiative towards supporting charitable, educational and community activities. Which means we set aside time, effort and money to support the less privileged and challenged.

IBS Day
Beatz is the annual get-together for IBS staff and family. A month-long series of house-wise competitions, sports and other activities. Followed by the final Beatz - a complete, theme setting held at a chosen picturesque location in Kerala.

It’s one of those informal days where staff, family and special invitees (business partners and clients) - rub shoulders with one another. A nice way, we believe, to nurture camaraderie and realize artistic and cultural talents.

Besides, it is a great learning experience for us. As the entire event is planned and executed by IBSians.

Open House
Open House is an opportunity for the staff to have a one-on-one with the CEO. Allowing for an open dialog regarding problems, issues, concerns and aspirations. Organized twice in a year, it’s a forum where the current business scenario, company's performance and future plans are discussed.

Motivational Award Certificates and high-level training program certifications are also presented during these sessions.

Corporate Culture & Communication (CC& C)
The CC&C consists of a group of IBSians who create awareness on IBS values and culture through various programs. Their initiatives focus on aspects of corporate culture, personal etiquette, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Domain Knowledge Development Group
The Domain Knowledge Development Group (DKDG) of IBS comprises a group who keep the entire organization up-to-date on the goings-on in Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) industries through various development programs. This knowledge is passed on via regular newsletters, snippets, quizzes and video shows, presentations, seminars and training programs.

The iSports Club
The sports club of IBS ensures that employees get their fair share of sporting/physical activity.

The iBook Club
For avid readers, we have a book club for leisure reading. While the IBS Corporate Library and department libraries provide reading material on the latest in technologies and business. Books unavailable in the library are procured based on the requirement.

Informals
This is when we get together on the third Thursday of every month to let our hair down and have fun. Informals are replete with team competitions and games.

Vibes
Vibes is our dynamic intranet portal that combines the features of a magazine and a corporate newspaper. It provides members an opportunity to express their creativity and views on happenings within the company.
