Candle (care and love)
Being an IBSian is being a socially responsible corporate citizen. Established in 1997, CANDLE is funded and managed entirely by IBS staff. An initiative towards supporting charitable, educational and community activities. Which means time, effort and money set aside to support the less privileged and challenged.
IBS Day
Beatz is the informal get-together for IBS staff and family. A month-long series of house-wise competitions, sports and other activities. Followed by the final Beatz - a complete, theme setting held at a picturesque locale. A nice way, we believe, to nurture camaraderie and realize artistic and cultural talents. A great learning experience too..... as the entire event is planned and executed by IBSians.
Open House
Open House is an opportunity for the staff to have a one-on-one with the CEO, no holds barred. Allowing for an open dialog on issues, concerns and aspirations. A forum where the business scenario, company's performance and future plans are discussed. Employee awards are also presented during the Open House.

An energetic group of IBSians who organise sports and cultural competitions as well as recreational activities amongst employees.
The iSports Club
The sports club of IBS ensures that employees get their fair share of sporting / physical activity.
The iBook Club
For avid readers, we have a book club for leisure reading. While the IBS Corporate Library and department libraries provide reading material on the latest in technologies and business. Books unavailable in the library are procured based on the requirement.
Informals
This is when we get together on the third Thursday of every month to let our hair down and have fun. Informals are replete with team competitions and games.
Vibes
Vibes is our dynamic social intranet portal that combines the features of a magazine and a corporate newspaper. It provides members an opportunity to express their creativity and views on happenings within and outside the company.
