Job Description:

The selected candidates will be responsible to carry out the following activities, post their 6 months Fresher Training in India.

  • Customer inquiry handling(contact window)
  • Communication with India
  • Documentation support
  • Requirement analysis support
  • Meeting support (i.e. taking minutes)
  • Testing (i.e. Test case, Test scenario, Test execution)
  • Translation/interpretation and documentation as part of the above
  • Any other project support activities

Further assignments shall be decided based on the candidates’ preferences, aptitude and corporate resource requirements.

 

Qualifications/Certificates Requirements and Preferred Skills:

  • Programming Skill(i.e. JAVA)
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree, preferably in engineering
  • Native Japanese language
  • Business level of English language(i.e. equivalent to TOEIC 800 or above)
  • Travel to India to take 6-month training from July to December 2017

Recruitment Process:

  • 1st Step: Face to Face interview with Japan HR Manager at Tokyo Office and General Aptitude Test
  • 2nd Step: Phonic interview with Offshore HR Manager at home
  • 3rd Step: Face to Face interview with Indian Manager at Tokyo Office
  • 4th Step: Face to Face interview with Japan President at Tokyo Office
  • Notes:
    • 1st interview can be replaced by Skype Interview at home if candidates do not live in the Tokyo area.
    • 1st and 4th interview are in Japanese, while 2nd and 3rd interview in English.

  • Compensation: JPY 3,000,000
  • Incentive Bonus: JPY 600,000(eligible to receive after 2nd year completion)
  • Holidays: Saturdays & Sundays, National Holidays and December 29th to January 3rd
