Ship Partner™ comprises:
- Check-in – including at remote locations. The check-in process allows efficient collection of all necessary passenger data to permit charging immediately upon boarding, accurate manifesting and necessary adjustments and additions to passenger cabin information. The check-in functionality includes security boarding check, which records crew and passenger movement on and off the ship by swiping the crew/passenger ship cards
- Billing, information and manifesting for passenger and crew. The core of Ship Partner™ provides passengers and crew with billing functionality, along with extensive passenger information capabilities and a sophisticated manifesting system
- Interfaces – point of sales systems. With bars, gift shops, internet café, arcade, mini bar, etc., telephone/call accounting, interactive TV, cabin door locks, crew debit card systems, and credit card approval systems
- Gangway access control (Security). This provides real time on-line integration of the check-in process and gangway security control with the Property Management System (PMS). The check-in process and gangway security control become additional functions of the PMS
- Crew management. This provides crew pursers with the information necessary to perform their job functions. This module also integrates with other Ship Partner™ functionalities to support on-line crew billing and crew safety functions
- Crew and vessel safety. This provides for the effective management of safety functions aboard a passenger vessel
- Shore excursion sales. This is designed for the management of shore excursion sales aboard a cruise ship. It can be used as a stand-alone function, or as a fully integrated programme with the billing system
- AVO (Avoid Verbal Order) / Work order system
- Passenger requests and amenities system
