T S C Easwaran is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the IBS Group and joined the Company in early 2008. Easwaran comes with 24 years of experience having held responsibilities in accounting, finance, legal and compliance as well as business functions during his career.

Prior to joining IBS, Easwaran was with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) India, for nine years, where he was their Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Senior Management Team at EDS India. As head of Mergers and Acquisitions he was actively involved in EDS’ acquisitions of MphasiS, RelQ and GEMS, in India. His rich experience includes stints with leading companies such as Qualcomm India Inc., Xerox Modi and Shaw Wallace & Co Ltd in the past.

T S C Easwaran is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has done his ICWA from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta.
