Manage resources: iLogistics captures technical and logistic details of aviation resources. This helps the logistics planner in optimizing the resource usage as the availability of each resource at every location can be monitored within a user-selected time-frame. iLogistics also performs various validations on license expiry, seat and payload capacity, scheduled maintenance etc., based on the details captured for each resource.

Assign/check-in requests: Advanced planning of resource deployment is possible by assigning passengers and their baggage to flight schedule, which results in optimal resource utilization with minimal ad-hoc changes, optimizing operating costs. It supports blocking tickets on a flight, with the details of the traveling passenger updated on check-in.

Validate training compliance: On check-in, iLogistics validates the passenger profile ensuring training-compliance in accordance with the travel requirement. It handles all related routine tasks, leaving the logistics planner to focus on proactive planning. Validity of visas and work permits are also checked.

Create ad-hoc flights: iLogistics accommodates ad-hoc aviation requirements through the "Quick Create Flight" option that allows a logistics planner or dispatcher to create a flight with the minimum input. Flights can be created by dragging lines between various locations on a map. The application automatically calculates the distance, time to travel and ETA at each location. Plus, existing flights can be optimized by consolidating flights with common route legs.
