PCMM Level 5

We have also been assessed at PCMM Level 5. The PCMM provides guidance on how to continuously improve upon our ability to attract, develop, motivate, organize and retain talent. The benefit of the PCMM is that it narrows the scope of improvement activities to those practices which provide the next foundational layer for an organization's continued workforce development.
