iFly RES Add-on Modules
The iFly RES ecommerce engine (iFly RES IBE) amplifies enhanced customer shopping experiences through dynamic packaging and retailing of airline products and services. The IBE can be configured to offer fare families or branded fares displays based on an airline´s product strategy. It also supports dynamic pricing of air and non-air ancillaries based on airline configured rule sets or alternatively thanks to the platform’s flexible integration capabilities of artificial intelligence and machine-learning engines. The iFly RES IBE content management console ensures airlines can dynamically manage product offerings, ensuring faster time to market and vendor independence. The platform also supports web check-in, including ancillary sales.
The iFly RES IBE also offers an agency portal to facilitate distribution partnerships. Airlines can retail all their products directly through travel sellers based on workflows that efficiently manage allocation requests and bookings.
iFly RES and the IBE come readily integrated with IBS’ iLoyal platform or allows for integration with any third-party loyalty platform.
The iFly RES IBE non-air commerce engine enables non-air digital retailing through a dynamic aggregation platform, allowing fast and simple integration of third-party products, such as hotels, cars, insurance, and more.
Travel Commerce is fully integrated into the iFly RES and can be integrated into an airline’s existing IBE, 3rd party IBEs, or other customer touchpoints. The solution acts as an aggregation layer and an order management tool, enabling access to third-party content. It manages the dependencies between the different content components, presenting the customer with a single and uniform view across purchased products.
The Tour Operator contract module supports the efficient management of tour operator contracts and allotments, including the ability to load and manage seasonal and single flight contracts and interface with tour operator systems to exchange contract allotments, booking counts, and price information.
iFly RES’s Tour Operator module is a unique and industry-first single inventory solution. The solution provides an integrated tour operator allotment and seat-only flight inventory record that can be optimized through a revenue management system.
The solution enables the independent retailing of ancillaries to tour operator passengers through iFly RES IBE and APIs. These ancillaries are automatically merged with tour operator manifests.
Shopping Cache enables the distribution of shopping data to third-party aggregators to support the dynamic packaging of content.
The module can be deployed as a flat-file format to exchange data between partners, such as Tour Operators subscribing to i.e., OTDS and EDF format.
Shopping Cache can also be integrated into any IBE or airline.com to power advanced search tools using the Shopping Cache API to include efficient offer displays or price maps, dynamic date widgets based on flight availability, and calendar fare displays.
iFly Direct Messaging delivers airline commercial and operational messages to any partner or entity involved in the travel process.
Delivering critical messaging securely and efficiently is an essential element in the airline industry. Direct Messaging helps airlines significantly lower data costs and improve profitability.
The solution is platform-agnostic, allowing airlines to connect to any provider and securely deliver any Type A or Type B message sets at a substantially reduced cost.
A flexible digital wallet for a winning travel credits strategy
Travel credits, like vouchers or flight credits, kick-in when travel plans change, whether caused by the airline, the traveler, or force majeure. But a change in plans doesn't have to lead to lost revenues for airlines, nor friction for travelers.
An effective travel credit strategy, supported by a cutting-edge digital wallet, sets the ground for win-win outcomes.
