Christophe Roux

Christophe Roux is Senior Vice President and Head of the Aviation Passenger Solutions (APS) business unit at IBS Software. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he leads APS at a pivotal moment as airline retail and passenger technology undergo rapid transformation.

With over 25 years of experience in the airline domain, Christophe has a strong track record of driving large-scale technology transformation and innovation for airlines globally. He began his career at Amadeus in Europe, contributing to the development of foundational airline IT solutions, before moving to the Asia Pacific region where he supported expansion and led major airline transformation programs. He later joined the Emirates Group, serving in senior leadership roles in charge of IT Strategy, Commercial Systems and Distribution Strategy, where he led critical modernization initiatives and strategic technology investments. Most recently, he was heading the Airline business in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa for Amadeus where he oversaw significant growth.

Based in Dubai, Christophe brings deep industry insight, strategic clarity, and a strong passion for shaping the future of airline retail and passenger solutions. He holds a Master of Science and an Engineering diploma from INSA Lyon, France.
