Erica Quiroz

Erica Quiroz serves as the Sales Director for Latin America at IBS Software, a role she has held since early 2020. In this capacity, she is responsible for deepening customer relationships across the region by fostering cultural alignment, enhancing the IBS brand presence, and supporting clients through their digital transformation journeys. With over two decades of experience in managing complex, high-value sales engagements within the technology sector, Erica brings a strong track record of delivering customer success across diverse business verticals. Prior to joining IBS Software, she spent 16 years at SAP, where she advanced through a series of leadership roles spanning technology, sales, and management.

Following her tenure at SAP, Erica transitioned into the travel technology industry, joining Sabre Airlines as a regional leader responsible for managing strategic customer relationships across Brazil and Latin America. Erica holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in information technology management.
