She has navigated complex regulatory landscapes and driven transformational initiatives in M&A, IPOs, automation, contracts management, and incorporations.

Her professional journey spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, IT/ITES, non-banking finance, and the automobile sector, where she has played pivotal roles in shaping corporate governance frameworks. Before joining IBS, Kanchana held leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Mercedes-Benz, GE, HP, and ITC, cementing her reputation as a trusted advisor and change-maker.

A distinguished alumnus of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Kanchana also holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Madras.
